Led the migration of the company’s e-commerce platform from OpenCart 1.5.6.4 to 3.0.3.8, covering 2,000+ SKUs and 70,000+ historical orders with zero data loss and zero business interruption.

Independently wrote complex SQL migration scripts to handle data cleaning, field mapping, and relationship rebuilding across version differences, ensuring historical data integrity and consistency.

Refactored frontend code architecture to improve page load performance and mobile responsiveness; resolved multiple third-party module compatibility issues, significantly improving system stability and user conversion rate.
